BODY BALANCE 
Focuses on senior stability, fall prevention, and strength.

FIT & HEALTHY 
This is the right class for anyone who wants a total-body workout. It includes light cardio, weights to strengthen bones and bone marrow health, exercise balls, and elastics to enhance flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance.

INDOOR POLE WALKING CLASS (Start date: September 2) 
A full-body pole walking workout is a proven, scientifically supported activity that delivers a wealth of benefits. From strengthening your core and burning more calories to managing pain and blood sugar, the advantages of pole walking extend far beyond what traditional walking can offer. Engage in targeted exercises that will prepare you for pole walking and help build strength and balance. Experience fun and interactive games designed to sharpen your pole walking skills and keep you motivated. Two fitness levels will be offered to build on your current abilities. All poles are provided during class at no additional cost. Class Limit: 10 participants per class for a personalized and engaging experience.

Tuesdays: 8:15 AM – 9:15 AM (Beginner) For individuals who are already comfortable walking 1 mile on their own.

TAI CHI (INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED) 
We are now exploring movements of the Yang 24 Form. This class also works on improving the skill set of arthritis one and two, energy one and two, rehabilitation and Qigong for health. Come join us and explore the many forms of Tia Chi.

TAI CHI BASICS 
Tai Chi Basics involves a series of low-impact movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi improves balance, memory, and scientific studies show that Tai Chi is beneficial for those with arthritis and Parkinson’s. In this class, you don't have to learn complicated routines or memorize anything. It's about having fun and improving health.

STABILITY & STRETCH 
This exceptional exercise program is designed to build strength, which includes resistance training. The stability portion includes core strengthening with an emphasis on fall prevention. Lastly, we will increase our flexibility with basic stretching for greater elasticity and increased muscle control.

GENTLE YOGA 
Ideal for beginners or those seeking a relaxing experience at the end of the day. We work to ease stress through stretching and balancing poses, breathing techniques, music, and meditation.

YOGA DANCE 
A vibrant way to exercise with music chosen to uplift the soul and harmonize the body and mind. Ideal for those willing to experience joy with the combination of user-friendly dance, yoga, breath work, and meditation. This practice promotes flexibility, endurance, self-confidence, and stress reduction.
