About

The Coleman-Bush Building is a multi-purpose facility with attractive amenities including several rooms serving as rental space, meeting rooms, classrooms, and a dance studio. This building is a fitting location for a wide range of events including weddings, receptions, reunions, and many other types of gatherings.

    YOGA
    Yoga stretches strengthen the body through a series of postures in which you support your own weight and focus on conscious breathing.

    A low-intensity workout class geared to increase circulation, improve cardiovascular function, and boost circulation

    PIANO/KEYBOARD CLASS
    Participants engage in activities on the piano and in theory explorations; and play classical, popular, and religious songs.

    Children's & Youth Programming

    Afrikan Cultural Art
    A class designed to teach kids, hands on, Afrikan Cultural art.  Children will create their own art pieces and learn the cultural significance of their work.

    BALLET
    Ages 5 - 17
    Basic ballet skills, terminology, rhythm, coordination, creative movement, music, and mime in a supportive and supervised environment.

    A class designed to help tutor young minds to learn critical thinking skills while learning the Game of Chess.

    GOODIE TREATS
    This program uses the creative art of modeling to help the youth build confidence as well as respect for others. The class will also cover runway skills, interviewing skills, proper etiquette, and more!

    AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
    Tutoring is provided to K-8th graders by certified PCSB teachers. Participants receive help in reading, mathematics, language arts, and computer skills. Help with homework is also provided.

    Tuesday- Thursday: 4:00 - 5:30 PM
    Free - Registration required. Must meet CDBG requirements; call for more information

    • All program participants should check in at the front counter prior to attending classes
    • Program participants will be registered in the participant program and issued an identification tag.
