BODY BALANCE
Focuses on senior stability, fall prevention, and strength.

TOTAL BODY SENIOR FITNESS
Total body workout for seniors. Use of chair, ball, weights, and elastic. This class is great for enhancing balance, stability, and coordination.

EXERCISE WITH JOY
A low-impact aerobic class designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and improve activities for daily living. This is a total body conditioning class utilizing a chair, hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a small ball.

TAI CHI (INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED)
We are now exploring movements of the Yang 24 Form. This class also works on improving the skill set of arthritis one and two, energy one and two, rehabilitation and Qigong for health. Come join us and explore the many forms of Tia Chi.

TAI CHI BASICS
Tai Chi Basics involves a series of low-impact movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi improves balance, memory, and scientific studies show that Tai Chi is beneficial for those with arthritis and Parkinson’s. In this class, you don't have to learn complicated routines or memorize anything. It's about having fun and improving health.

BALANCE AND STABILITY
In this class, we will have 10 minutes of light cardio and 30-40 minutes of exercises that enhance balance and stability while also working on circulation. This class is good for seniors and all who desire healthy and balanced physical bodies. Also good for fighting the restrictions of arthritis.

GENTLE YOGA
Ideal for beginners or those seeking a relaxing experience at the end of the day. We work to ease stress through stretching and balancing poses, breathing techniques, music, and meditation.

YOGA DANCE
A vibrant way to exercise with music chosen to uplift the soul and harmonize the body and mind. Ideal for those willing to experience joy with the combination of user-friendly dance, yoga, breath work, and meditation. This practice promotes flexibility, endurance, self-confidence, and stress reduction.

FUNCTIONAL YOGA BLEND
This class is designed to maximize calorie burn and muscle tone. We use yoga asanas for muscle strength and fun dance moves for aerobic conditioning. In functional yoga, special attention is given to the individual capabilities of every student; adjustments are made according to each body type. We go more in-depth into the practice of each pose, aiding the body with yoga props for optimal health benefits. This is ideal for anyone willing to invest time and effort for a better functioning body and learn the tools for a more enjoyable life.
