Express Permitting

The Community & Economic Development Department is committed to providing residents with an exceptional quality of life and outstanding customer service. While the volume of permit applications has increased, we want to ensure our commitment to excellence by introducing Express Permitting, which aims to process specific permit applications in a 30-minute window during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Express Permitting applies to permits categorized as:

• Demolition
• Nonmetal Roof
• Residential Electrical
• Residential Mechanical
• Residential Plumbing including irrigation
• Sewer Cap
• Site Alteration (with approved site plan project)
• Window & Door Replacement

Permit applications within historic districts do not apply.
