Planning and Research

The Planning and Research Section provides the department with research, planning, and grant administration. The Planning and Research Supervisor produces and publishes an annual multi-year plan to establish goals and objectives for the department. Within the Planning and Research function is the research and administration of grants. This function is comprised of one civilian who prepares, coordinates, and maintains all federal, state, and other grants.
