Flow Test

The City of Lakeland Water Utilities Department provides flow testing.  To request flow testing of a hydrant, please fill out the Fire Hydrant Flow Test Request form located in the Volume III - Water Operations section. The form, along with applicable fees, can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Water Utilities department.
