Please go to https://arcg.is/0OiC0W and share your opinions about the City of Lakeland Water Utilities. The Customer Satisfaction Survey is comprised of 20 questions that should take less than 10 minutes to answer.  The survey is designed to capture both quantitative and qualitative data that will assist the Water Department in better understanding customer opinions.

The survey asks questions about:

  • Water Department Services
  • Unplanned Disruptions
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Charges for Service
  • Disposal of Medication, Grease and Food
  • Conservation

Survey results will be analyzed to help identify the strengths of the utility and the areas of public concern that may require attention.  The feedback from the survey will enable the City of Lakeland to better understand customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. This will allow the utility to make informed business decisions while planning for the future.
