LAKELAND, FL (June 27, 2024) | The City of Lakeland will continue the phased Cleveland Heights Boulevard paving project starting Monday, July 22, 2024.  The preventative maintenance project will include milling Cleveland Heights Boulevard between Westover Street and Lake Miriam Drive. Milling removes the asphalt surface to the base.
