Customer Billing

Finance Customer Billing provides customer service and billing support for various services provided to our citizens including but not limited to the following: 

• Water & Wastewater
• Solid Waste & Recycling
• Stormwater
• Excess Impact Fees
• Miscellaneous Invoice Billings

Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service to the citizens of the City of Lakeland while also maintaining billing accuracy and accountability. It is important that we earn and maintain our customer’s trust and to achieve that desired level of trust we must work in partnership with our customers and addressing any of their concerns in a timely manner.
