How to Apply

Applying for zoning, conditional use, planned unit development, accessory dwelling unit or comprehensive sign plan is now electronic and easier than ever! Simply create an account in iMS and use the following guidelines to navigate the process. 

 


 

Planning & Zoning Application Timeline

  

Applicants requesting a Minor Modification, Compatibility Review for an Accessory Dwelling Unit, or Comprehensive Sign Plan are asked to attend the Public Hearing before the Planning & Zoning Board.

 

Applicants requesting a Conditional Use are asked to attend the Public Hearing before the Planning & Zoning Board, as well as the Public Hearing before the City Commission.

Applicants requesting Small Scale Land Use Amendments or Zoning changes (including Major Modifications) are asked to attend the Public Hearing and General Meeting before the Planning & Zoning Board, as well as the Public Hearing before the City Commission.
