“We are incredibly grateful to the Lakeland International Airport team and the Lakeland City Commission for their trust and support,” said Ben Paniagua, Co-Owner of Sora Eatery. “This is a wonderful opportunity, and we’re honored to serve not only airport passengers but also the many businesses located on airport property, as well as the growing residential communities surrounding the area.”

Sora Eatery at Lakeland International Airport will combine convenience with a high-quality dining experience. Serving as both a destination for travelers seeking a memorable meal before takeoff and a welcoming spot for locals, Sora Eatery is poised to become a central hub for both leisure and business patrons. With an elevated menu and a commitment to excellent service, it aims to cater to diverse tastes and exceed expectations, enriching the overall airport experience.

Whether you’re a business traveler, a pilot, or a local looking for something new, Sora Eatery is ready to welcome patrons with open arms and exceptional flavors.”

The lease agreement for the restaurant will be presented at the Lakeland City Commission meeting on December 16, 2024 for an official vote.
