About English Creek Park
English Creek Park, located in Southwest Lakeland, represents an exciting opportunity to bring new recreational amenities to the community. The City purchased this land in 2021 as a future development site for both indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
The proposed FRDAP Grant application could help fund the development of various amenities, including a playground, multipurpose fields, restrooms, and walking paths.
Both the survey and public meeting are requirements for the FRDAP Grant application process. Community participation is essential to ensure the park development meets the recreational needs and desires of Southwest Lakeland residents.
