Lakeland Community Survey - City News Blog


LAKELAND, FL (October 13, 2023) | The City of Lakeland is seeking community feedback and opinions regarding services received through interactions with City Departments. The online survey can be accessed by visiting www.COLCsurvey.com October 15, 2023, through November 15, 2023. The user-friendly survey asks respondents to share valuable feedback that will be used during the strategic planning process. Residents are invited to share their impression of the community, rate City interactions, and share thoughts about Lakeland’s future priorities.

We want to hear from you, so please take the time to participate in the Lakeland Community Survey. Your input will be helpful as we make decisions to ensure the City continues to provide the highest level of service possible within existing resources. The easy-to-use questionnaire will only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and responses are entirely confidential.

For those that need or prefer a paper survey, hard copies of the survey will be available at the following City locations:

  • Main Library, 100 Lake Morton Drive
  • Jackson Branch Library, 1700 North Florida Avenue
  • Kelly Recreation Complex/Branch Library, 404 Imperial Boulevard
  • Coleman Bush Building, 1104 MLK Junior Boulevard
  • City Hall, 228 South Massachusetts Avenue
  • Simpson Park, 1725 MLK Junior Boulevard
