UPDATE: SILVER ALERT CANCELED - LEO KULAK

UPDATE: The Silver Alert has been canceled. We just received word that Mr. Kulak has returned home safe.

#SilverAlert - LEO KULAK
The Lakeland Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing adult, 92-year-old Leo Kulak. Mr. Kulak is believed to be traveling in a 2019 brown Toyota Camry, bearing Florida tag Y17XAZ.

Mr. Kulak was last seen today, Monday, January 30, 2023, at approximately 6:00 a.m., leaving his residence on Lodgewood Drive. Mr Kulak was on his way to see his grandson in Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Kulak is 6’ and has silver/grey hair. He has been diagnosed with Dementia.
