LAKELAND, FL (October 14, 2022) - The City of Lakeland is conducting our annual survey designed for Citizens to share their views on the services received from the City and the amenities available in the community. The online survey can be accessed by visiting www.COLCsurvey.com October 15th through November 15th.
The user-friendly survey asks respondents to provide valuable feedback and share thoughts on what you believe are the City's most important priorities. Your input will be very helpful as we set priorities to make sure that we continue to provide the highest level of service possible within our existing resources. Lakeland has experienced unprecedented growth over the past few years and citizens are invited to let their voices be heard to help plan for the future of Lakeland.

Please take the time to participate in the Lakeland Community Survey. It is quick, easy and the community feedback is valuable to our City planning. This questionnaire will only take 10-15 minutes of your time to complete, and your responses will be entirely confidential.
For those that may not have online service or for those that may prefer the feel of paper, hard copies of the survey will be available at the following City locations:
- Main Library – 100 Lake Morton Drive
- Jackson Branch Library – 1700 N. Florida Avenue
- eLibrary – 4740 S. Florida Avenue
- Coleman Bush Building – 1104 Martin L. King Junior Avenue
- City Hall – 228 S. Massachusetts Avenue
