Ryan Hazim Moe, age 43, has been reported missing from Lakeland. He was last seen at a residence on Imperial Boulevard on Wednesday, November 30 at approximately 6:00 p.m. Ryan is 6’ tall, weighs 200 pounds, with black short curly hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent areas in Tampa and Orlando.
