On December 13, 2020, shortly after 11:00 am, a 1993 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling northbound on State Road 33, approaching the westbound ramp of I-4. As the Harley Davidson was approaching the intersection, a gray/blue compact sedan was traveling westbound on the westbound off-ramp of I-4. The sedan approached the posted stop sign and was reported to have rolled through the sign, never coming to a complete stop.
