LAKELAND, FL (April 26, 2024) | The City of Lakeland is pleased to announce that the Five Points Roundabout project has been successfully completed 94 days ahead of schedule and will reopen to the public on Monday, April 29, 2024. The intersection at West Main Street, West Lemon Street and Sloan Avenue was temporarily closed while the signalized intersection was converted to a modern single lane roundabout.

Beginning Monday, April 29, 2024, at 7 a.m., the City of Lakeland Wastewater Collection Division will close Carleton Street in order to repair an aging sewer main south of 3224 Carleton Circle East.

LAKELAND, FL (April 1. 2024) | The Holloway Park Foundation generously donated 379.11 acres of land to the City of Lakeland for use as a City park.  The land donation valued at $12.9M was approved by the Lakeland City Commission on Monday, April 1, 2024.
