APDA Florida Connect with the Care Team (Parkinson's)

We are honored to collaborate with PunchWorx Inc to bring the APDA Florida’s Connect with the Care Team program to Lakeland! This program is open to the public offering a connection to the local Parkinson’s Care Team providers and resources. We will begin with a presentation by APDA Florida’s , Desirae Mearns, serve lunch and gather an expert panel to discuss the importance of exercise, therapies, support, and resources. All are welcome, registration required!
