RIGGINS AND WAGGONER, 1909
store1909(l)
Back
Norman Riggins had moved the old store building back on the lot and built this brick building on the same corner. By 1909, the date of this photo, both Mann Riggins and Calvin Waggoner had died and Norman Riggins was the sole proprietor. The sign above the doorway announcing "N. A. Riggins" reflects the change in ownership. Norman is standing in the doorway in the white shirt and vest.
