By 1909, the date of this photo, both Mann Riggins and Calvin Waggoner had died and Norman Riggins was the sole proprietor. The sign above the doorway announcing "N. A. Riggins" reflects the change in ownership. Norman is standing in the doorway in the white shirt and vest. |
