A notation on the back of the photo says it is located on Miramar Drive. It was probably built in the mid-1920's as part of the real estate boom then ongoing in Lakeland. It may at one time have been the home of Benjamin Moffett, vice president of the Pearson and Moffett Sporting Goods Store on Tennessee Avenue.
