LAKELAND'S EARLY CHURCHES
| | WESLEY MEMORIAL METHODIST CHURCH |

| | Back | | The Wesley Memorial Methodist Church on North Massachusetts Avenue opened its doors to worshippers in June 1949. It replaced the small wooden Myrtle Street Mission Church that had been built in 1913 on the corner of Myrtle Street and Tennessee Avenue. It remains home to the congregation today. |
