ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED. PLEASE CHECK BACK WITH US NEXT YEAR!

1. Complete ALL sections of the application below, which is sent directly to the High School Police Academy staff. 
2. Once pre-approved, parents and students will be required to attend the HSPA Parent/Student Orientation, where additional forms will be signed and notarized on site.
